What are
HVLS FANS

High Volume Low Speed (HVLS) Fans, is a type of mechanical fan greater than 7 feet (2.1m) in diameter. HVLS Fans move slowly and distribute large amount of air at low rotational Speed. Conventional ceiling fans runs on totally opposite principle of Low Volume High Speed.

Why choose
Nax Air HVLS FANS

  • Ideal for workshops or buildings exceeding 2500 Sq. Ft with a roof height surpassing 18ft.

  • Ensures consistent air distribution throughout the space.

  • Enhances air quality with a gentle breeze effect, promoting a comfortable environment.

  • Minimizes discomfort during extended work periods, allowing for 10-12 hour shifts.

  • Induces a wind chill effect, making the perceived temperature 4 to 5 degrees lower, enhancing comfort.

  • Significantly lowers power consumption by 30% to 70%.

  • Decreases initial investment in ventilation equipment, reducing capital costs.

  • Enhances the aesthetic appeal of the space.

PRODUCT SAFETY:
Nax Air has implemented more than nine safety protection measures, including safety ropes, safety rings, anti-drop bushing technology, type I fan blade links, top-quality 12.9 grade fasteners, anti-loose fasteners, fan blade strengthening designs, enhanced plug-in designs, and overload protection of the control system.

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS:

Nax Air HVLS Fans Requires –

  • Building structure:

  1. pace truss structureS

  2. Steel structure

  3. Prestressed concrete

  4. H section steel structure

  • The total height of the buildingis required to be > 4.5m

  • The minimum safe distance between the fan blade and the obstacle is 0.3m

  • Input voltage: 380V/220V .

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Safety rope: In the event of an accident, the safety rope provides additional protection to prevent any parts from falling off.

  2. Safety ring: Another safety measure to prevent any parts from falling off in case of an accident.

  3. Anti-drop bushing technology: This technology helps prevent the fan blades from falling off the hub.

  4. Blade type I clamp: This design reconnects all the fan blades and chassis together to form a solid overall structure.

  5. Top quality 12.9 grade fastener: Nax Air uses high-strength industrial bolts to ensure the fasteners can withstand actual stress more than 10 times.

  6. Anti-loose fastener: This ensures that the fasteners remain tightly secured.

  7. Fan blade strengthening design: The fan blade is designed to be strong and durable.

  8. Enhanced plug-in design: The plug-in design ensures that the fan blades are securely connected to the hub.

  9. Overload protection of control system: The servo control system has overload protection to prevent accidents.

Additionally, the wire traction can withstand a stress intensity of up to 1000 KG, and each connection point is equipped with double protection. The servo control system will automatically alarm and stop running in case of an accident.
